TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Please read our Kitten Sales Agreement below to learn about our sales practices and requirements of potential buyers.

Kitten Sales Agreement

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $100.00 is required to reserve a cat/kitten. The deposit will only be refunded if the Breeder cancels the contract.

REXKWIZIT will provide a cat/kitten in good health, feline leukemia negative and free of parasites.

REXKWIZIT makes no representations or guarantees whatsoever as to the physical features, attributes, personality or temperament of said cat/kitten.

Within 72 hours of receipt of the cat/kitten, the Buyer may, at his option and sole expense, have the cat/kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian. If such veterinarian certifies to REXKWIZIT within one week of such examination and/or any blood test, a defect in the health of the cat/kitten, REXKWIZIT must be notified immediately, and the cat/kitten must be returned with a copy of the veterinarian report. In such case, upon receipt of the cat/kitten and veterinary report of illness REXKWIZIT will refund all moneys paid to REXKWIZIT. Upon no condition shall REXKWIZIT be responsible for payment of any medical treatment provided to the cat/kitten by the Buyer during the time in which the cat/kitten is in the Buyer's possession, nor shall REXKWIZIT be responsible for any other miscellaneous expenses, i.e.; transportation, shipping etc. In the event of the death of the cat/kitten, Buyer must provide a copy of complete necropsy report.

REXKWIZIT agrees to replace the cat/kitten in the event the cat/kitten dies of a congenital defect within the first year of its life. A veterinary autopsy/necropsy must be provided to verify cause of death. REXKWIZIT will replace the cat/kitten with another cat/kitten of similar quality when available. If Buyer does not want a replacement cat/kitten, REXKWIZIT will have no further obligation towards Buyer.

REXKWIZIT will register the litter of the cat/kitten with The Cat Fanciers Association, Inc. It is up to the Buyer to register the cat/kitten with The Cat Fanciers Association, Inc.

The Buyer agrees to give the cat/kitten the best possible care.

The Buyer will at no time allow the cat/kitten outside unattended.

The Buyer agrees not to declaw the cat/kitten.

Vaccinating against FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and FIP (Infectious Peritonitis) is not recommended. If the Buyer and their Veterinarian decide to give either of these vaccines, REXKWIZIT shall not be held responsible in any way. No refund or replacement will be given.

The Buyer will not give, lease, loan or sell the cat/kitten to another person, institution, animal shelter, cattery or any other entity without REXKWIZIT'S written approval. If permission to transfer the cat/kitten is granted by REXKWIZIT, the new owner(s) must agree to abide by the terms of this agreement.

The Buyer will not voluntarily cause or ask an agent to cause the untimely demise of the cat/kitten without a veterinarian's certification that such is necessary for veterinary or humane reasons.

Please note that during times of stress, such as going to a new home, cat/kittens can exhibit temporary signs of illness which may include: sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, diarrhea and/or constipation. To help reduce the signs of stress feed the cat identical food as the breeder, and offer bottled water, as well as taking reasonable measures to reduce stress. You can do this by slowly introducing them to the house and the members of the household, as well as limiting the time they are with strangers, children and other animals.

Cornish Rex are very sociable animals which enjoy being with humans and suffer from lack of attention. Please take the time to play, talk and love you Cornish Rex, remember the more love and attention you give them, the more you will get in return.

	KITTENS The availability of Rexkwizit kittens continually changes due to deposits being placed, babies being sold and new litters arriving. Please call or email for information on the current status of our kittens. All pet quality kittens are spayed or neutered and vaccinated before sale. If shipping is necessary, there will be additional costs.
